DEPOSIT

-If appointment is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment deposit is non refundable 

-Must cancel appointment 24 hours before scheduled appointment to receive refund 

LATE / NO CALL NO SHOW

- If late you are given a 10 minute grace period before appointment will be cancelled

- Late clients and no call no shows will not be refunded the deposit

-No call no shows will no longer be able to rebook unless discussed with me directly

>ONLINE CARD PAYMENT

APPOINTMENT

-Please no extra guest I am home based

-No makeup to appointment 

RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 

-To reschedule please email me with date and time of new desired appointment

-To use deposit for new rescheduled appointment you must reschedule 24 hours before appointment

-If rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment a new deposit will be required

MEDICAL SYMPTOMS

-If arriving to appointment with any symptoms of possible COVID you will be asked to reschedule and the service cannot be completed

-If arriving with any symptoms of eye disease or infection you will be recommended to see a medical professional and service cannot be completed
